Return and Cancellation policy
You can return the item(s) within 10 days after delivery without explaining the reason and ask for a full refund for the below mentioned conditions only.
- If you receive damaged item(s)
- If their size / Model do not match with what you ordered, or if wrong item was sent other than what you had ordered.
We will issue a full refund or we will send you a new product for free. Please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com to make a claim. After receiving your claim we will normally respond within 72 hours. The refund expected time is based on your payment method and after we receive the item back at our warehouse in As-Is condition.
1) The item has to be returned back in a sealed packed condition once you have realized that you have received the wrong item. Used items do not qualify for refunds.
2) If the item we sold is found faulty replacement will be given based on warranty claim.
3) Customer induced damaged such as, failure due to over heating or electric short circuit do not qualify for warranty claims. All warranty return items will be tested in the LAB before qualifying for a claim.
You can cancel your order before your item is shipped. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org when you want to cancel your order.
Courier charges claim back for Returns.
Customer will be eligible for the below mentioned return charges claim only if the items sent were defective or if wrong items were sent due to errors at the warehouse during the dispatch.
- Refund of return return shipping fee to Karnataka form other parts of the country: Rs. 60/-
- Refund of return shipping fee within Karnataka: Rs. 45/-
