ALKETRON Computers, a unit of Acrobee India Private Limited owns trademarks,
the logo “ALKETRON®” and the web domain “www.alketron.com” and other variations
found on the site. Our site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and
other proprietary information, including, without limitation, text, software,
photos, and the entire contents of the site are protected by applicable law and
relevant international treaties. ALKETRON Computers owns a copyright in the
selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content. You may
not modify, distribute, publish, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform,
participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works or in any way
exploit any of the content, in whole or in part. Any violation of these
restrictions may result in a copyright, trademark or other intellectual
property right infringement that may subject you to civil and/or criminal
penalties.
Other marks on the site not owned by ALKETRON Computers may be licensed by the
trademark owners. You may not use ALKETRON Computers name, logos, trademarks or
brands or trademarks or brand names and trademarks of others on the site
without ALKETRON Computers or the owners’ permission.

By creating an account on ALKETRON Computers, you agree to Terms & Conditions
of this site. Your conduction and use of this site should be bound by our Terms
& Conditions.
Terms of sale
1. Products and pricing
All Products or services information listed on our site are subject to change,
including product information, pricing, and availability. ALKETRON Computers
reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any site
information or the sale of any product with or without notice.
Unless otherwise noted, the strike-through price displayed for products on our
site is based on the suggested retail price for the product provided to ALKETRON
Computers by the manufacturer or vendor. Certain products on our site are
similar - but not identical - to products sold through other retailers. In this
case, the strike-through price represents the estimated regular retail value of
a comparable item of similar quality offered elsewhere. Because we sell our
products to the United States, the strike-through price may or may not
represent the prevailing price at any particular time or in every location, and
we make no promises about the reliability or accuracy of any such information.
For international sales, the strike-through price represents the retail price
suggested to ALKETRON Computers by the manufacturer or vendor, based
on what such items would be sold for in the US market, plus exchange rate
conversion and, if applicable, an adjustment for additional international
surcharges that cover items such as taxes, duties, and shipping. ALKETRON Computers
will always endeavor to offer you products of best quality and reasonable
price.
2. Payment terms
For each product you order on our site, you agree to pay the price applicable
for the product at the time you submit your order. Currently, ALKETRON Computers
bears duties and taxes for your purchases. The final order total consists of
the price of your items and its correspondent shipping cost. Payment will be
deducted from your PayPal account or credit card account.
3. Modification
ALKETRON Computers reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or
discontinue the site or any part with or without notice. You agree that ALKETRON Computers
is not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or
discontinuance of the site or any part.
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to change their mind and
return the items without explaining the reason and ALKETRON Computers
has to
- Issue a full refund for certain products under
"Compulsory refund" category
- Issue a replacement for products under
"Replacement only" category
(Please clarify the product with the sales team before
making the purchase).

We reserve the right at all times to discontinue or modify any part of these
Terms & Conditions in our sole discretion. If we make changes that affect
your use of the site or our services, we will post notice of the change on the
Terms & Conditions page. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will
be effective upon our posting of the notice. If you do not agree to the
changes, you may close your account, and you should not use the site or any
services offered through the site after the effective date of the changes. We
suggest that you revisit our Terms & Conditions regularly to ensure that
you stay informed of any changes.
4.User content
Except for any personally identifiable information we may collect from you
under the guidelines established in our Privacy Policy, any material,
information or other communication you transmit, upload or post on our site
will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. ALKETRON Computers
is not obliged to these user contents. ALKETRON Computers will be
free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the user
content and all data, images, sounds, text, and other information provided by
you for whatever purposes.
The Terms shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its
conflict of law provisions. The parties to the Terms hereby submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
Return/Refund Policy:-
You can return the item(s) within 10 days after
delivery without explaining the reason and ask for a full refund. If you
receive damaged item(s) or if their size /color do not match with what you
ordered, we will issue a full refund or we will send you a new product for
free. Please contact us by sending an email to sales@ALKETRON.com to make a
claim. After receiving your claim we will normally respond within 72
hours.
Refund will be granted only after receiving the
item in AS-IS condition at our warehouse. Refund amount will be processed into
your bank account or preferred payment method within 1 working day of the item
return.
Cancellation Policy:-
You can cancel your order before your item is shipped.
Please contact us at sales@ALKETRON.com when you want to cancel your order.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns);
No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby
we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of India.
Warranty Claim & AMC:-
Warranty claim implies to replacement of parts only. All parts will be replaced as per our warranty claims policy please refer to warranty claims terms & conditions. AMC implies door to door services which may or may not include parts covered under the warranty. Total number of times the AMC is claimable will be limited to not more than 6 times per year, further more additional AMC requests in the same year will be decided by the company on a case to case basis.
