Warranty Claim Instructions
Please fill in the form if you are claiming warranty for any ALKETRON product. Newly purchased items need not be registered for warranty claims, Please use "Check Genuine Product" link to verify your product.
You need to correctly provide us the Serial/Warranty Number on the item label along with Product invoice copy. Warranty period is calculated based on invoice date.
Our Claims team will revert back via email to your registered email address. All warranty claim replacements are provided as per the companies warranty claim policy.
