card number or personal information when you make a payment. For
questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your

Shipping Information:-
We deliver all over India. If you are ordering from Jammu & Kashmir please contact sales@alketron.com for service availability before placing the order.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-2 Working Days.
- Delivery time: 7-14 Working Days.

Item Return Information:-
Items can be returned back to our warehouse address mentioned in the contact us section. Please reconfirm the return address by sending us an email to sales@alketron.com
All items must be returned through your local courier or speed post. Alketron Computers do not facilitate any return pickups. Customer must bare all the return shipping charges.
Refund for the return amount will be credited into your account only after receiving the item back at our address in As-Is condition.
Shipping of Warranty Claimed Items:-
Items that were sold with manufacturing defect and that are eligible for a warranty claim replacement must be returned back to our warehouse address. Please reconfirm the return address by sending us an email to sales@alketron.com
Replacement Item will be dispatched through our Shipping partners.
All warranty claim items must be returned through your local courier or speed post. Alketron Computers do not facilitate any return pickups. If the customer is successful in claiming warranty, the company will refund all the shipping expenses incurred by the customer. Please contact sales@alketron.com for more information on warranty claims and replacement policies.
